Ola Cabs to introduce "Ola Horses" in Delhi to beat the odd-even car rule on January 1st 2016

When Chennai was recently flooded, Ola Cabs apparently ran “Ola Boats services” for a few days.
Starting Jan 1st 2016, Cars are banned on alternate days in Delhi.
I was wondering if Ola might introduce “Horses” in Delhi that people with even-numbered cars could use on odd days and vice-versa. Tried to imagine how it might look if Ola introduced “Ola Horses” in their list of offerings on the app. And below is what my imagination looked like..
